I figured if I put a picture up of some hot naked chicks more people would look at this post. I’ll soon find out if I’m right. Here’s the deal though. Most investors that I know are all looking for the same thing. The big fat flip…..It consumes them, controls them, almost to the point that they see no other way and certainly no other vision. True investors that are into wealth creation, know flipping is a means to an end. This is when there is more that meets the eye. Income producing property working for you month after month is the end game….It’s the gift that keeps on giving. This type of property pays you residual money for your effort and keeps doing it.
Ok, here’s the not so sexy part. You don’t get the big paycheck $$$. You can’t go blow it on a super crazy Vegas trip….But, if you keep your eye on the goal and flip to make cash and use that cash to buy income producing property, you may wake up one day and find you can have a Vegas trip every month. My point is this. Flipping homes is great and sexy and fun but true fun is when you don’t have to try to flip and you still get paid big….That is what is hot….Stay focused and keep reaching toward your goals. Income producing property will keep putting money in your pocket and keep the bills paid. Sorry about the picture of hot naked chicks…
