About Waleska Iglesias
Waleska Iglesias, Principal Broker and Owner of XA Realty Group, has been in the Real Estate Industry for the past 15 years. She joined the Real Estate profession right before the recession, and in the 2007 recession she knew she had to change her strategy to make it in the business, so she started to do short sales in Salt Lake City as well as in Denver, Colorado. Waleska has extensive experience with negotiating short sales, probates, traditional real estate negotiations, wholesaling, flips, and creative financing. She has also been involved with buying and selling performing and non-performing notes. She has a portfolio of rentals and knows property management.
About Scott Dilley
Scott Dilley is the principal broker of Blue Diamond Realty. Born in Australia, Scott moved to the United States in 1991. After 5 years in the auto industry, Scott quit his job in 2006 to pursue real estate investing full time. Since 2006 Scott has been involved with various strategies in real estate, including the art of the short sale, wholesale, defaulted mortgages, creative financing, has fixed and flipped in multiple states, and owns and manages rental properties.
