Insane Real Estate Deals

The old adage that says what ever you are looking for, you will find it, is true in real estate, as it is with life.  So often we loose sight of our goals and dreams to be brought off course and into something we just didn’t plan.  We all need a strong vision and a strong why.  It is the motivation that keeps you on track and focused.  For most, it means that you have to daily remind yourself of what you are trying to accomplish.  One of the things I try to do each day is to tell myself I’m the greatest investor out there.  I tell myself that people want to give me money and be part of my real estate team.  Finding deals comes very easy to me and that I enjoy the journey each and everyday.  I challenge you to try and tell yourself this everyday.  Do it and believe you can.  You might just surprise yourself and find that theirs a real estate mogul inside of you waiting to come out.  Don’t be afraid to dream.  And when you dream, dream big.  Insane real estate deals are out there waiting for  you to pick them up.  In my opinion, a great deal happens once a week.  Believe in yourself and don’t let anybody tell you different.
